Ultra Hair Appointment Reservation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When appointments are cancelled on short notice or missed, it can be difficult to fill that time, which impacts both our stylists and other guests waiting for an appointment.
We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments for colour, chemical, extension, hair restoration, and medi-spa services may be subject to a $50 Appointment Reservation Fee.
Clients with repeated same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be required to provide a reservation deposit or credit card to secure future bookings.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected illness can happen. Management reserves the right to waive fees at its discretion.
